Order Process/Administrator – Aluminium Fenestration
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hardworking and confident Order Processor/Administrator to join our busy office within a well-established window manufacturing company in Southend-on-Sea. The successful candidate will support the processing of commercial aluminium fenestration orders, ensuring specifications are accurate, materials are procured on time, and clients are supported throughout the order process.
This role would suit someone with experience in aluminium windows, doors and glazing products, with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders for aluminium windows, doors, patios and bi-fold doors.
- Review and clarify customer specifications before manufacture.
- Procure materials for projects and monitor delivery timelines.
- Ensure orders and specifications comply with current Building Regulations and manufacturing requirements.
- Advise and support clients with technical and specification queries.
- Liaise with production, purchasing and logistics teams to support timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
- Resolve order-related queries professionally and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience within the aluminium fenestration or window manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of First Degree Systems, LogiKal or AutoCAD software would be desirable; training will be available.
- Able to interpret order details, technical information and customer requirements accurately.
- Hardworking, reliable and ambitious, with a keen interest in developing within the fenestration industry.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team while also managing individual workload and deadlines.
